New SUTD Campus Designed by DPA and UNStudio Opens

The new East Coast campus for Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) was officially opened on 8 May 2015. DPA director Jeremy Tan and his team, which designed the academic plot in partnership with UNStudio, lent their support at the opening ceremony that was officiated by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.

The futuristic campus was also featured in the May 9 edition of The Straits Times, in which Mr Tan was interviewed in an in-depth feature celebrating the official opening of Singapore’s fourth public university and its innovative design strategies.
